Leases were signed late Friday for Sam’s Southern Eatery to occupy the former home of the Dairy Queen property located at 8th and Gary Blvd. Sam’s Southern Eatery is based in Shreveport, Louisiana and currently has 70 locations in 12 states. Sam's specializes in home style southern cooking.
