Law enforcement appreciation event set

The July 7 attack against the Dallas Police Department was a sad day for members of law enforcement everywhere. But the tragedy was also a reminder to those whom they protect and serve of the risks they take every single day of the year for them.
People in Clinton and surrounding communities will have an opportunity to come out and say “thank you” in person to members of law enforcement in this area, at an open house being held at 9 a.m. Thursday, July 28, at the Frisco Center.
