This may be Stringer’s last year at CHS

When giving an update on staffing for the coming year at Monday’s Clinton School Board meeting, Superintendent Kevin Hime said all five principals will be returning next year. But he also added that Clinton High School Principal Kenny Stringer is considering retiring and this will possibly be his last year at the high school.
In a follow-up phone call to Hime Tuesday morning, he emphasized that the news is not official. Stringer is on vacation this week and not available for comment.
Also discussed at Monday’s school meeting was the awarding of a contract for resurfacing the high school parking lot.
