At the school board meeting Monday, Superintendent Kevin Hime reported that the district is in good shape for the opening of the 2016-2017 school year later this month.
The district is fully staffed, Hime said, and he was pleased with the job building maintenance crews had done in preparing the grounds at each school.
Hime also reported the budget is in sound shape, and comparable to what it was last year at this time – even after the district was hit with budget cuts.
