Sidewalk sale, rodeo parade Saturday

Clinton Chamber of Commerce president Julie Menge said downtown merchants will be holding sidewalk sales Saturday in conjunction with the 69th Annual Clinton Roundup Club Rodeo Parade,stores open early and the parade begins at 10:30 a.m. that day.
Other festivities planned for Saturday include Cutest Cowboy and Cutest Cowgirl contests and free hot dogs at the Pink Zebra. The hot dogs will be available right after the parade is over.
The Cutest Cowboy and Cutest Cowgirl contests will start at 9:30 a.m. at Engleman Park at Sixth and Frisco, said Menge.
