Sponsors still needed for New Teacher Luncheon

Fourteen new Clinton Public School teachers will attend next Wednesday’s New Teacher Luncheon, said Chamber of Commerce president Julie Menge. The luncheons are held to welcome new teachers into the community.
Including administrators who are planning on attending, Menge said there will be 25 to 30 people at the luncheon representing the Clinton School District.
Each new teacher and school administrator at the luncheon is sponsored by a member of the Clinton business community. The sponsor has the opportunity to introduce the teacher, and may also donate promotional items for goodie bags to be given to all teachers.
