Thomas duo charged in bat attack

Two Thomas men, Tim Pauls and Justin Ogletree, have been charged with three felonies each after allegedly beating a young Custer City man with baseball bats.
Custer Police Chief Michael Abernathy said the victim, Jonathan Sieh, 19, sustained a broken left leg and a broken left hand, according to personnel at the Clinton hospital where he was taken for treatment.
