Caleb McLemore, 19, one of two young men charged with accessory after the fact in the murder of 16-year-old JaRay Wilson nearly two years ago, waived a preliminary hearing Friday and was bound over to face trial.
His bond remains at $50,000. Unlike the other young man charged with accessory after the fact, he also remains in the Custer County Jail where he has been confined since being charged May 24.
The other person charged as an accessory is Cody Godfrey, 18. He waived a preliminary hearing Aug. 11, the date he was certified to stand trial as an adult.
