A preliminary hearing for an African man picked up here in January for allegedly possessing eight pounds of methamphetamine and nine pounds of marijuana has been continued to Aug. 30.

Significant changes being made in the level of medical care provided to Oklahoma veterans have so far not been implemented at the Clinton Veterans Center, but an Oklahoma Department of Veterans Aff
