Wanda Jean Adams

Funeral services for Wanda Jean Adams, 77, of Clinton, have been set for 2 p.m. today in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home in Clinton, with Richard Diemund officiating.

Mrs. Adams died Sunday, June 28, 2015, in the Clinton Regional Hospital. She was born Sept. 19, 1937 in Weatherford, the daughter of John and Nellie (McMullin) Brehm.

Mrs. Adams was raised and attended school in the Clinton and Colony area. She was a longtime Bar-S employee, and was married to Robert Lavern Adams on Feb. 3, 1954 in Clinton. She was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Clinton.

Preceding her in death were both her parents; her husband; three sons, Curtis, Teddy, and Bobby Adams; and one sister, Ruby Hays.

Survivors include two daughters, Sandra Kidd, and her husband, Mike, of Clinton, and Janice Bagby, and her husband, Raymond, of Weatherford; two sons, Robert Adams, of Clinton, and Jimmy Adams, of Clinton; four brothers, Jerry Brehm, of Burns Flat, J.P. Brehm, of Oklahoma City, John Dale Brehm, Weatherford, and Donald Brehm, of Washington state; two sisters, Betty Hayes, of Chickasha, and Mildred Deimund, of Clinton; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Burial will follow at the Arapaho Cemetery.
