Ignacio Rodriquez

Funeral services are pending for Ignacio Rico Rodriquez, 84, of Clinton.

He died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2015, at AllianceHealth Clinton.

Rodriquez was born Oct. 22, 1930, in Guanajuato, Mexico, and moved to Clinton in the 1950s.

He married Elizabeth Riggs in December of 1955 and she preceded him in death in 2004.

He worked several years at Acme Brick and later retired from Collins and Aikman.

Rodriquez enjoyed walking and fishing.

He is survived by his daughters, Gerolyn Rodriquez of Weatherford, Ramona Wohl of Albuquerque, N.M., and Rene Cooper of Arizona City, Ariz.; his son, Jess Rodriquez of Clinton; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
