Clinton voters say “Yes, Yes.” Proposition 1 (moving some of the future Capital Improvement sales tax money into the general fund) passed 418 to 56. Proposition 2 (allowing some of the lodging tax designated for the Frisco Center to be used to lure events to Clinton) passed 415 to 54.
