Elsie Fuller

Graveside services for Elsie Ruth Fuller, 83, formerly of Plains, Kan., have been set for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Plains Cemetery in Plains, Kan. 
She died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018, in Oklahoma City.
Fuller was born July 22, 1935, to Emil and Inez (Servaes) Downs in Plains, Kan. She attended and graduated from Plains High School.
She married Eddie Riggan, and later Ray Fuller. Both husbands preceded her in death. 
Fuller worked many years in the hospital administrator’s office.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Leil Downs; a son, John Riggan; and two grandchildren, Eldon and Billy Riggan.
Survivors include two daughters, Doris and husband Greg Burchett of Longdale and Carol of Cushing; a son, Emil Riggan and wife Tina of La Barge, Wyo.; a sister, Virgie Harrington of Molene, Kan.; three brothers, Floyd Downs of Plains, Kan., Gene Downs of Colorado, and Ira Downs and wife Judy of El Reno; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The service will be officiated by Pastor Terry Mayhew and under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.
