George William (Jody) Richardson
Funeral services for George William (Jody) Richardson, 60, Clinton resident, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home in Clinton.
Richardson died Sunday, July 5, 2015, in his Clinton home. He was born April 17, 1954, in Clinton, the son of Maurel Lee “Junior” Richardson and Elrene Alvis “Toots” (Petty) Richardson.
Richardson was raised in Elk City, and graduated from Elk City High School in 1972.
He attended the vocational-technical school in Burns Flat and received his certificate in meat cutting.
He was married to Jackie Ann Ooley July 6, 1996, in Las Vegas, Nev. Richardson had been a trucker most of his life and besides being self-employed he had worked for SMP, New Park and Pro-Haul.
Richardson was a member of the First Christian Church. Preceding him in death were his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Jackie, of the home; six daughters, Angie Baldwin and her husband, Jeff, of Amarillo, Texas, Amy Abbasov and her husband, Mikail, of Bryan, Texas, Tracy Ooley, of
Weatherford, Erica Ooley, of Clinton, and Lori Richardson and Carleigh Richardson, both of the home.; a brother, Dean Richardson, and his wife, Sally, of Wichita, Kan.; and 11 grandchildren.
