Nancy Lowrance

Funeral services will be held for Nancy Sue Lowrance, 74, Wagoner resident, at 11 a.m. Thursday in the First United Methodist Church of Wagoner. She died Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016, at her home.

Mrs. Lowrance was born Jan. 3, 1942, to Ed and Pauline (Tisher) Teater, in Mena, Ark. She married Terry Lowrance on Feb. 10, 1963, in Muskogee.

She worked for the Clinton Hospital as a ward clerk for 28 years. In 2009 she and her husband moved to Wagoner, where they attended the First United Metho-dist Church.

Mrs. Lowrance was a member of the Red Hat Society in Clinton and enjoyed collecting clocks and listening to all kinds of music, especially gospel.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, of the home; two sons, Danny Lowrance and wife Jayne, of Littleton, Colo., and Jeff Lowrance and wife Kathi, of Yukon; three grandchildren, Kara and Jenna Lowrance and Jared Ransom; one brother, Larry Teater and wife Barbara, of South Padre Island, Texas; and two nephews, Tracy and Eric Teater.

Services will be officiated by Rev. Jim Hollifield. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery at Muskogee. Condolences may be sent to www.hersman-nichols.com
