Nettie Mae Hill

Funeral services for Nettie Mae Hill, 91, of Clinton, were held at 10 a.m. Monday in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home in Clinton, officiated by Rev. Roy Wilburn.

Nettie Mae (Williams) Hill died Friday, Sept. 5, 2014 at the Grace Living Center in Clinton.

She was born Dec. 28, 1922 in Leedey, the daughter of Jesse R Williams and Birdie (Kincaid) Williams.

She was raised in Leedey where she graduated from high school. She moved to Perryton, Texas, and was employed with the First National Bank for more than 40 years.  She retired and moved to California.

She soon married Raymond Hill on Sept. 3, 1983, in Las Vegas, Nev. They had made their home in Clinton since 1990.

Preceding her in death were her husband; three brothers, Walter, Edward and Earon “Pet”; and a sister, Lottie Brookins.

Survivors include several nieces, among them Jana Pettis of Holdenville.

Burial followed in the Butler Cemetery.
