Shawn Humphreys

Funeral services for Shawn Humphreys, 45, a Pond Creek resident and  former Clinton, resident was held Friday, at the Kiesau Memorial Chapel.

Shawn died Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, at his Pond Creek home.

He was born June 11, 1970, to Danny Wayne Humphreys and Sharon (Newland) Humphreys in Clinton. He was raised and attended school in Clinton. He made his home in Clinton and Pond Creek, and worked in construction most of his adult life.  He was a member of the Pentecostal Church, and loved his family and being outdoors.

He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Cheyenne Humphreys; and an infant brother, Rusty Levy Humphreys.

He is survived by his parents, Danny Wayne Humphreys and Sharon De La O, both of Clinton; seven children, Shakera Lopez and husband, Daniel, Whisper Lee Mitchell and husband, Jared, all of New Mexico, Corben Humphreys, of Wagoner, Seph Humphreys, Kagin Humphreys, Onna Humphreys and Brelee Humphreys, all of Pond Creek; two brothers, Craig Humphreys, of Pond Creek, and Stoney Humphreys, of Clinton; half-brother, Rocky Humphreys, of Norman;  and step brothers and sisters, Kristen De La O, Janie De La O, and  David De La O Jr., all of Texas, Monty Barlow, of Oklahoma City, Sean Barlow, of Texas, Jason Woods and wife, Amanda, of Noble, and Allen Woods and Leah Woods, both of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, Melonie, Aryen, Donald, Lilly, Charlie, Ashlyn, Tyler, and Avery.

Services were officiated by Rev. Jessie Musick and Shannon Humphreys, and interment was in the Arapaho Cemetery under the direction of Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.
