Thelma Marie Osborn

Funeral services for Thelma Marie Osborn, 70, of Oklahoma City, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at NewChurch in Oklahoma City, 9201 N. Rockwell, with burial services scheduled for 3:30 p.m. at the Stafford Cemetery.

She died Monday, Sept. 7, 2015, at her home in Oklahoma City.

She was born Sept. 27, 1944, in Okmulgee, the daughter of  Rudolph and Opal (Ashlock) Paulsen. After the early death of her father, she was raised by her mother and step-father, John Bartlett.

A graduate of Okmulgee High School, she retired from Altec Lansing as warehouse supervisor. Throughout her journey with cancer, her  sister, Dottie Hoch, was by her side every day.

Mrs. Osborn was preceded in death by her parents and step-father.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Delbert; her son, Kevin Osborn and his wife, Jeana; her daughter, Kimberley Sheppard and her husband, Alan; siblings, Geneva Barber and her husband, Ralph, Dottie Hoch and her husband, Garrell, Randy Bartlett and his wife, Donna, Vivian Tackett and her husband, Dwayne; five grandchildren, Janae Branscum and her husband, Matthew, Joshua Osborn, Jaden Osborn, Addison Sheppard and Bryson Sheppard; and numerous nieces and nephews.
