Mixed martial arts comes to Frisco Center

The mixed martial arts community is usually confined to what most people see on pay-per-view or ESPN after a huge UFC fight night.
In Clinton, live fights and local fighters are making names for themselves in the ring. In fact, Friday features a fight night at the Frisco Event Center featuring the Chaos Combat Fighting Championship. The fight is sponsored by Hardy MMA & BJJ and run by its owner David Hardy.
Hardy said the fight came to the Frisco because of growing MMA interest in Clinton. Also, because three local names are on the card. Brandon Beneveto, Brandon Lee and Roy Stucker all have ties to the Clinton area.
