Softball shows improvement in loss to Arapaho

Clinton softball (0-2 overall) dropped its second game of the 2016 season 9-8 to the Arapaho-Butler Lady Indians.
Head coach Lisa Moss said the team’s improvement wasn’t one particular area, but it was across the board.
“I told the girls we played so well today,” she said. “We came out and made plays in the field. We held runners where we should’ve held them. We hit our cutoffs and they were talking to each other on the field.”
