Two British citizens were injured Tuesday afternoon when a 2016-model Harley Davidson motorcycle they were riding wrecked on Interstate 40 one mile east of Sayre.
A semi was involved, but the Oklahoma Highway Patrol report of the incident did not say how. A spokesperson said at mid-day Wednesday that so far as she knew, the details of what happened were still pending further investigation.
The injured couple were Paul Hanby, 62, and Maureen Hanby, 53. OHP’s initial report said only that they were “of the United Kingdom.”
