Vietnam vets invited to Tuesday ceremony

Clinton Veterans Center residents Harvey Windle, Vernon Vallance, Jason McNeely, Norbert Hammond and Berry Phillips are among the Vietnam vets to be honored for their military service at a special ceremony at 10 a.m. Tuesday. All Vietnam veterans and the community are invited.
