Jerry Allen King

Funeral services for Jerry Allen King, 64-year-old Weatherford resident, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Colony Presbyterian Church with Rev. Truman Smith officiating.

King died Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014, at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. He was born Dec. 22, 1949, in Sterling, the son of Paul R. and Cora Ellen (Simpson) King.

King was raised and attended school in Colony. He worked for Circle S for 30 years and moved to Weatherford in 1975.

Survivors include his daughter, Jerri Faye Vincent and her husband, Michael, of Midwest City; five brothers, Danny King and his wife, Freda, of Colony, Roy King and his wife, Geneva, of Thomas,

Raymond King and his wife, Kay of Colony, Roger King and his wife, Regina, of Weatherford, and Ted King and his wife, Dolores, of Weatherford; two sisters, Lori Owens and her husband, Steven, of Weatherford, and Paula Rich of Weatherford; five grandchildren, Saint, Mike, Nicholas, Christopher, and Elizabeth “Bizzy”; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his parents; two brothers, Jimmy and Stephen; and one sister, Betty Ann Webb.

Burial will follow in Poage Cemetery, under the direction of Lockstone Funeral Home. The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to cover funeral expenses at the funeral Home.
