Everett Ryllis Guy

Everett Ryllis Guy, age 52 of Tulsa, died Monday, Feb. 9, 2015, after a battle with non-small cell lung cancer while at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Oklahoma City.

Everett was born in Kingsport, Tenn., son of Charlie Guy (deceased) and Lois (Shankel/Guy) Albright in Clinton.

Everett graduated from Erick High School in Oklahoma, and served in the U.S. Army on a short tour overseas in Germany. Everett loved to play pool. His pool cue was a big part of his love for life.

He is survived by his ex-wife, Angela (Brasher/Guy) Wiebeber (12 years) in Tulsa, Okla.; three brothers; Ralph Hansen (Paula) in Colorado, Charles Guy (Patsy) in Custer City, and Johnny Guy (Leigh) of Georgia; two sisters; Gayle (Guy) Kunz (Greg) in Virginia and Leila (Guy) Abedini, in Oklahoma City.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, father and a brother-in-law, Davood Abedini.

Everett’s last request was to be cremated with no services to follow. All memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society in memory of Everett Guy.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Absolute Economical Funeral Home in Oklahoma City.
