Marcia Aranda

A memorial service for Marcia Charmaine Aranda, 50, of Elk City, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, at the Chapel of Lockstone Funeral Home in Weatherford.

Marcia died Wednesday Dec. 9, 2015, at OU Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City.

Aranda was born on Sept. 7, 1965, to Vernon and Betty (King) Webb, in Weatherford. She was raised and educated in Weatherford, and graduated high school in 1983. She worked for Karlin Ready Mix before attending SWOSU. She worked at Weatherford Regional Hospital and in 1995 became an LPN. She also worked at Clinton Regional Hospital. In 2003, she became an RN and worked at Sayre Memorial Hospital, where she was the Director of Nursing.

She is preceded in death by her mother and her grandparents.

She is survived by her husband, Alex Aranda, of Elk City; two sons, Adam Aranda and Joseph Aranda and his wife, Miranda, both of Elk City; two daughters, Nicole McDowell and husband, Casey, of Buffalo, and Kelsey Aranda and fiancé, Scott Beavin, of Cheyenne; seven grandchildren, Destry, Kambrie, Jaylinn, Jayden, Dalton, Tytan and Jaron; and her father, Vernon Webb, of Perryville, Mo.; one brother, Andy Webb and wife, Kim, of Perryville, Mo.; and one sister, Loretta Webb, of Colony.
