Dixie R. Bucknell

A memorial service was held for Dixie R. Bucknell, 83, former Clinton resident, on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at Swan Funeral Home in Colorado Springs, Colo.
She died Saturday, July 16, 2016, at her home in Colorado Springs.
Bucknell was born July 12, 1933, to Horace and Pearl Foster, in Leedey. She graduated from Clinton High School in 1951 and from Oklahoma State University in 1955.
She met and married her husband, Robert I. Bucknell, while they were both working for Phillips Petroleum Company in Bartlesville.
She was an active member of the Presbyterian Church in Colorado Springs.
Bucknell was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Patsy Foster.
She is survived by her husband; two children, Alanna Bucknell Baker and husband, Nick, and Craig Bucknell and wife, Kim; three grandchildren, Elizabeth, Shay and Garrett; and two sisters, Regena Browne and husband, Brownie, and Ramona Searcy and husband, Lloyd.
