Free car seats, lessons at baby event

At the community baby shower held Saturday at the Frisco Center, Custer County health educator John Morton shows mom Brittni Richardson and 10-month-old Kaisynn Allrunner how to properly install a car seat. Thirteen of the car seats were donated to the event by Cheyenne-Arapaho Indian Health Services.
