Memorial services for Joyce Mitchell, 66, longtime Clinton resident and former manager of the Tradewinds Motel here, are pending in Paris, Texas.
Mrs. Mitchell died Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014, at Midwest City Regional Hospital.
