Anosta Sue Horn

 

Funeral services for Anosta Sue Horn, 60, formerly of Clinton, will be held at 10 a.m. today in the Clinton Indian Community Hall.
She died Friday, Dec. 7, 2018, in the Clare House at Tulsa.
Horn was born Oct. 2, 1958, to Leroy and Margaret (White Cow) Horn in Clinton. She was raised in Clinton and Sentinel and received most of her schooling in Sentinel. 
She began working in nursing homes at an early age, and also worked as the BIA security officer for Indian Health Services at Clinton.
In 1985 she married Juan Sanchez in Clinton. 
Horn enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Lillie Horn.
Survivors include three daughters, Natauasha Horn, Lillie Sanchez and Zipporah Sanchez, all of Tulsa; two sons, Casey Horn of Elk City and Tyrone Sanchez of Tulsa; three sisters, Justine Cantu and JoElla “Pebbles” White Tail, both of Clinton, and Maynoma Curtis of Anadarko; and three brothers, Marcus Horn of Hydro, Charles White Tail of Oklahoma City, and Buddy Pendergrass of Thomas.
She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The service will be officiated by Delfred White Crow and Delfred “Bunny” White Crow Jr. Burial will follow at Clinton Indian Cemetery under the direction of Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.
