Debra Kay Geesaman
A chapel service for Debra Kay Geesaman, 53, Sayre resident, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home in Clinton, officiated by Rev. Jack Atkinson.
Mrs. Geesaman died Saturday, May 16, 2015, at the St. Anthony Hospital Emergency Room in Oklahoma City. She was born May 30, 1961 in Iowa City, Iowa, the daughter of William Rudolph and Ardis (Edwards) Geesaman.
She was raised in Sioux City, Iowa, where she also attended school. At a young age she began her working career at a bowling alley in Sioux City.
In 1987 she moved to Sayre to work on a Greyhound farm. She had most recently worked in the Piedmont School Lunch Room.
Preceding her in death were her father and three brothers, Jeffery, Troy and Brian.
Survivors include her mother, Ardis Geesaman, of Sayre; two daughters, Carita Geesaman, of Florida, Celeste Geesaman, of Oklahoma; four sons, Michael Geesaman, of Iowa, Tony Geesaman, of Oklahoma, Derrick Geesaman, of Clinton, and Johnny Harrison, of Iowa; a brother, Rickie Lee Geesaman, of Sayre; 15 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Burial will conclude in the Carter Cemetery.
