Forence Boutwell

Graveside services were held Monday for Florence R. Boutwell, 88, of Arapaho. She died Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, in Clinton.

Mrs. Boutwell was born June 13, 1927, to Fred Walter and Amanda Marie (Lemke) Shrouder in Okarche. She was raised and attended schools in Okarche. In 1945 she married Leonard Lee Boutwell, at Kingfisher. She was a member of the Faith and Vision Independent Assembly Church in Kingfisher.  

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one son, Marvin V. Boutwell; two daughters-in-law, Brenda Carroll Boutwell and Deborah Boutwell; and three sisters and two brothers.

She is survived by a daughter, Mary Ann Mullins, Boonville, Ky.; one daughter-in-law, Berte Marie Johnson, Waukomis; and three sons, Merle Lee Boutwell, Enid, Homer Gene Boutwell, Halfway, Ore., and Fred Boutwell, Arapaho.

Services were officiated by Robert Diamond. Mrs. Boutwell was interred at Arapaho Cemetery under the direction of Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.
