Margaret Peggy Schenewolf

Funeral services for Margaret Peggy Schenewolf, 73, Butler resident, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the Kiesau Memorial Chapel of Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home in Clinton, officiated by Doyle Kinney.

Mrs. Schenewolf died Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2014, in her Butler home. She was born Sept. 18, 1941 in San Luis Obispo, Calif., the daughter of Joseph and Margaret (Martella) Webster.

She was raised in San Luis Obispo and graduated from high school there in 1959. She met a sailor by the name of Ervin Lee Schenewolf, and they were married on Nov. 28, 1959.

He was stationed in Concord, Calif., and they lived there until his military discharge in 1965.

They moved to Oklahoma and settled in Butler. They have made their home there up to the present.

She had attended the Butler Baptist Church and the Pentecostal Church in Butler.

Preceding her in death were her parents; a son, Dwaine; a great-grandson, Samuel; a brother, Joe Webster; and a sister, Betty Webster.

Survivors include her husband, Ervin, of the home; a daughter, Teresa Page, and her husband, Tony, of Hammon; two sons, Vernon Schenewolf, and his wife, Vickie, of Amarillo, Texas, and Marty Schenewolf, of Butler; a brother John Webster, and his wife, Alicene, of Denver, Colo.; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
