Phyllis Jean Donelson
A memorial service for Phyllis Jean Donelson, 77, of Dumas, Texas, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Kiesau Memorial Chapel of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home in Clinton, with Wendell
Folsom, pastor of Gospel Tabernacle in Arapaho, officiating.
Mrs. Donelson died Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015. She was born on July 23, 1937 in Butler, the daughter of Albert and Arlene (Hill) Smith.
She had been a resident of the community for most of her life. Mrs. Donelson was a member of Gospel Tabernacle in Arapaho.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, George “Bud” Donelson; a brother, Albert Smith; and a sister, Omega Zerby.
Survivors include two daughters, Carla Hebb, and her husband, Homer, of Bayard, W.Va., Cathy McEntire, and her husband, Donnie, of Dumas, Texas; two sons, Jeremy Donelson, and his wife, Jessica, of Lake Charles, La., Michael Donelson, and his wife, Brittany, of Amarillo, Texas; a sister, Beverly, of Clinton; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Interment will follow at Clinton Cemetery.
