BETHANY – A 4-0 shutout of Bethany extended the Lady Reds’ (6-1 overall) win streak to six games and pushed the season shutout count to five Friday night.
Clinton High School tabbed Stillwater eighth grade volleyball coach and Oklahoma State graduate Derek Jackson to be its next head coach of the Clinton volleyball program.
BETHANY – In a rematch of 2016’s quarterfinals game, the Clinton boys’ soccer team (6-2 overall) rallied down 2-0 to Bethany in the game’s final five minutes only to come up short in penalty kicks
Clinton track enters the 2017 season with increasing optimism, as the program returns strong girls’ runners from last year’s state runner-up relay team and talented youth on the boys’ side.
It was a gut-wrenching start to the I-40 Classic, as Clinton baseball dropped its games 5-4 and 2-1 to Elk City and Heritage Hall at home Thursday.
